Indictments Filed June 18

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 16 indictments June 18.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against an individual who has been previously convicted of a felony and is subsequently found in possession of a weapon.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Christopher Small, Christopher Verity, Sherrie Sutton
Christopher Small and Christopher Verity, individually and separately, were indicted on a count of first-degree drug-induced death and distribution of a CDS, fentanyl. Together, they also face a count of third-degree conspiracy.
Sherrie Sutton was named on one count of third-degree hindering apprehension. All three were indicted on these charges in December 2018. This 2019 indictment adds a separate count for both Small and Verity for endangering an injured victim, third degree.
Ryan Stone and Jonathan Murphy
Ryan Stone, 33, of Villas, faces third-degree burglary and three third-degree possession counts. The drugs involved were heroin, cocaine, and buprenorphine. Jonathan Murphy was named on one count of fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Curtis L. Harris
Curtis Harris was indicted for aggravated assault. The third-degree assault fit the definition of domestic violence. Harris also faces a second-degree count of attempted burglary, third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and a fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapon in question was a floor box fan.
Stephanie Diteodoro
A 39-year-old Villas woman, Stephanie Diteodoro, faces a second-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Keith Bielawski
Keith Bielawski, 43, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree theft and burglary of a home in Wildwood Crest, along with receiving stolen property, third degree, in Middle Township.
Doris E. Davis
Doris Davis, 60, of Wildwood Crest, faces a third-degree count for possession of a CDS, morphine, along with a fourth-degree count for shoplifting over $200 worth of merchandise from a grocery store.
Natalie Laracuente
Natalie Laracuente was indicted on second-degree eluding police in Dennis Township March 14.
Matthew Britton, Ryan Gaffney, Jessica Garrison, Barbara Jones, and Michael Ulmer
The five individuals listed were separately indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. Jones and Ulmer face two counts each.
Andrew P. Walker
Andrew Walker, 32, of Villas, was indicted on a count of third-degree receiving stolen property.
Robert Kassinger
Robert Kassinger, 29, of Villas, was indicted for aggravated assault on a police officer, third degree, and resisting arrest, fourth degree. Due to a 2010 conviction for burglary, Kassinger, who was in possession of two knives, was also charged with two counts of fourth-degree “certain person.”
Aaron Lockwood
Aaron Lockwood, of Upper Township, faces a third-degree count for failure to re-register upon change of address. Lockwood is required to register with local law enforcement due to his conviction in 2017 of attempted criminal sexual contact.
Crystal L. Moore
Crystal Moore, 38, of Erma, was indicted on two counts of uttering a forged instrument, third degree. The indictment states that Moore knowingly passed two counterfeit $100 bills at the same location two days in a row.
