Indictments Filed June 13

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 22 indictments June 13.   
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The crime of “certain person” below stands for certain person not to have a weapon. Individuals convicted of a felony are not allowed to carry a weapon at any time. When such an individual is found in possession of a weapon, a “certain person” charge is usually added to the indictment.
Charles Dodds
Charles Dodds, 51, of North Cape May, was indicted on four separate counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two in the second degree and two in the third degree. Dodds allegedly engaged in the possession and distribution of child pornography. Police acted on information about an internet user identity uploading child pornography to several sites.
Nicholas Diano
Nicholas Diano, 51, of Upper Township, was indicted on two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The indictment claims that Diano sexually assaulted two separate victims, both under the age of 13, in the period from April 2010 to March 2011.  The actual age of the victims at the time was 12 and 9 years old.
Alicia Hernandez
Police raided a Route 47 motel in Rio Grande and found 60 bags of suspected heroin in a room occupied by Alicia Hernandez, 26. Hernandez was indicted for possession of a CDS and possession with intent to distribute, both in the third degree. The presence of a 2-year-old child in the room led to an additional charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Megan Gleba
Megan Gleba, of Wildwood, was indicted for second-degree robbery. The indictment alleges that Gleba used force in committing a theft from a female victim.
Leslie Headley
Leslie Headley, 52, of Cape May, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS and faces the additional charge of fourth-degree certain person.
Headley was convicted in Cape May County of burglary in 1985 and in Atlantic County in 2011 of possession of a CDS. This week’s indictment certain person count was because she was allegedly found in possession of a knife.
Nichole Stansbury, Andrea Wiggins, Mike Gardner, Jennifer Lowe, Robert Harvey
Nichole Stansbury, Andrea Wiggins, Mike Gardner, Jennifer Lowe and Robert Harvey were all indicted for third-degree conspiracy to distribute buprenorphine in Middle Township.
Stansbury and Lowe face additional counts for conspiracy to possess the drug, while Wiggins and Gardner are named in three counts for actual distribution. Harvey joined the two on one of the distribution counts.
Rolando Morales-Rios, Rafael Delgado-Soto
Rafael Delgado-Soto, 56, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of heroin. He also faces counts of heroin distribution within 1,000 feet of a school and 500 feet of public property.
The arrest occurred in Wildwood May 13. Rolando Morales-Rios was charged with one count of possession of a CDS. All charges are third-degree except the count for distribution with 500 feet of the Wildwood Boardwalk which is second degree.
Jayson Lopez, Abimael Curbelo-Lopez
Jayson Lopez, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and distribution of the CDS, each in the third degree. Added counts arose from his location which was allegedly within 500 feet of the Boardwalk, a second-degree offense. Abimael Curbelo-Lopez was indicted for possession of a CDS and for attempting to hinder his apprehension.
Lamond Walker
Lamond Walker, 27, of Court House, was indicted for fourth-degree shoplifting after he allegedly took over $200 worth of merchandise from a national retail store in Rio Grande.
Christopher Lamonica
Christopher Lamonica, 42, of North Cape May, was indicted for third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly unlawfully entered a home on Petticoat Creek Lane and damaged property.
Lamonica was indicted on May 2 for burglary.
Leroy Hutchinson
Leroy Hutchinson, 52, of Rio Grande, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and possession with intent to distribute both third degree.
Dennis Nailon
Dennis Nailon, 45, of Cold Spring, allegedly took over $200 from a male victim on March 24 in Lower Township. He was indicted for fourth-degree theft.
Hector Sanchez-Morales, Lori Prete, Max Donate, Sharon Coulter, Gregory Calfina, Robert Chester, Kris Beckman, Walte Abbott 
Hector Sanchez-Morales, 52, of Wildwood, Lori Prete, 40, of Wildwood, Max Donate 20, of Wildwood, Sharon Coulter, of Ocean City, Gregory Calfina, of Wildwood, Robert Chester, 34, of Del Haven, Kris Beckman, 30, of Villas, and Walte Abbott, of Upper Township were all separately indicated for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Joseph Bonner
Joseph Bonner, 26, of Doylestown, Pa., was indicted for aggravated assault, third degree, after he caused serious injury to a driver during a three-car accident on April 21 in Lower Township. Bonner was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Gilberto Ramirez, Gonzalo Soto-Jimenez
Gonzalo Soto-Jimenez, 38, of Wildwood Crest, was indicted for distribution of heroin, third degree. Both he and Gilberto Ramirez, of Wildwood, face an additional count of third-degree possession of a CDS.
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
