Indictments Filed July 9

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 11 indictments July 9.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Marcos A. Carranza-Morales
Marcos Carranza-Morales, 29, of Wildwood, was indicted on one first-degree, three second-degree, and one third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child. All counts involve the use of a 10-year-old child in a “prohibited sexual act” and the subsequent selling, procuring, manufacturing and dissemination of child pornography. Carranza-Morales is lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Terrance I. Mitchell
Terrance Mitchell, 28, of Philadelphia faces a five-count indictment, which includes a first-degree count for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute. The drug was methamphetamine. The first-degree count results from possession of 3.5 grams or more of “pure free drug.” The other counts in the indictment are second-degree eluding police, two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS and hindering apprehension, and a fourth-degree count for obstructing the administration of law.
Andrew P. Walker
Andrew Walker, 32, of Del Haven, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, in the third degree.
Kimberly J. Glennon
Kimberly Glennon, 37, of Rio Grande, faces a second-degree count of aggravated arson. The indictment states that Glennon set fire to a 1992 Chevrolet Corvette in a parking lot on Route 147 in the hopes that the fire would set off an explosion that would destroy a nearby structure.
Joshua F. Lutek, Devon S. Morrow and Emma C. Pasquini
Joshua Lutek, 19, of Glassboro, Devon Morrow, of Pittsgrove, and Emma Pasquini, of Wildwood, were charged with two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and conspiracy to possess a CDS.
Michael A. Vallone
Michael Vallone, 76, of Court House, faces a fourth-degree count for failure to make required disposition of cash over $200 belonging to Our Lady of the Angels Church.
Victoria E. Sterling-Scales
Victoria Sterling-Scales, 48, of Avalon, was indicted for second-degree aggravated arson, along with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The indictment states that Sterling-Scales set a fire with the intent of destroying a cellphone store on Route 9 in Middle Township.
Darynell C. Shelton
Darynell Shelton, 47, of Middle Township, was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault on a health care worker performing her official duties.
Jeffrey R. Stanton and Alayna M. Shaw
Jeffrey Stanton, 22, of Villas, and Alayna Shaw, 23, of Cape May, face joint counts for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and conspiracy. Shaw also was charged with an additional count of third-degree possession of clonazepam.
Alexis M. Pacheco
Alexis Pacheco, 37, of Wildwood, was indicted on a fourth-degree count of possession of a CDS, Flouro-ADB, a synthetic cannabinoid, also known as 5F-ABD.
Saul Ramirez-Ojeda
Saul Ramirez-Ojeda, 29, of Court House, was arrested for driving while intoxicated April 7. The presence of two young children, ages 1 and 3, led to the indictment on two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
