COURT HOUSE – A grand jury handed up 12 indictments July 30.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Kenneth K. Bozarth
Kenneth Bozarth, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and possession with intent to distribute, each count third degree.
His proximity to Wildwood High School and Holly Beach Park led to additional counts for possession with intent within 1,000 feet of a school, third degree, and possession with intent within 500 feet of public property, second degree.
William J. Colbourne
William Colbourne, of Court House, failed to appear for a hearing on weapons charges, burglary, and theft. He faces an additional indictment for third-degree bail jumping.
Christopher V. Fox
Christopher Fox, 34, of Woodbine attempted to flee police July 2 in Middle Township. He was indicted for eluding police, third degree, along with two fourth-degree counts for resisting arrest.
Evan J. Foulke
Evan Foulke, of Sea Isle City, faces a two-count indictment for aggravated assault and resisting arrest, both counts third degree.
Anthony R. Agresta
The indictment states Anthony Agresta illegally entered a residence on Stagecoach Road in Middle Township, taking property valued at more than $500. Agresta faces two third-degree counts for burglary and theft.
Dwayne L. Legette, Joseph Quinn, Jacquelyn L. Songalewski, Jessica Walker
The four individuals listed were indicted separately for third-degree possession of a CDS. The indictments for both Legette and Songalewski have two counts since they were each charged with possession of two different substances.
Roland Schultz
Roland Schultz was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault in a domestic violence incident in Ocean City June 10.
Donald J. Roth
Donald Roth attempted to defraud a drug test in Middle Township July 5. Defrauding the test is a third-degree count. He also faces a fourth-degree count for possession of a device for defrauding a drug test.
Sidney B. Gary
Sidney Gary, of Court House, was indicted for endangering the welfare of a child, 4 months old, second degree, and resisting arrest, fourth degree.
