Indictments Filed July 17

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 16 indictments July 17. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Law enforcement agents have made the allegations against the named individuals who are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Bobby J. Wilson
Bobby Wilson, 30, of Burleigh, was indicted for third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Police were called to Middle Township Elementary School 1 because marijuana was found in a student’s backpack. 
Wilson had earlier called the school asking to retrieve a wallet he said he had placed in his daughter’s backpack.
Edward Ralston Jr.
Edward Ralston Jr., 34, of Dorothy, is facing a nine-count indictment with five of the counts for aggravated assault in the second, third and fourth degrees. Ralston also is charged with three third-degree counts for eluding police, hindering apprehension and possession of a CDS, along with one fourth-degree count for obstructing the administration of law.
Eric Rosado
Eric Rosado was indicted for first-degree robbery and second-degree aggravated assault.  He also faces a third-degree count for attempted burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. The charges stem from an attempted illegal entry into a dwelling on W. Pacific Avenue in Middle Township in May. Conviction on a first-degree offense can carry a prison term of 10 to 20 years.
Joseph Trask
Joseph Trask was arrested in Middle Township in June for possession of a .38-caliber handgun. Trask has now been indicted for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Gregory Anthony
Gregory Anthony, 23, of Rio Grande, was indicted for third-degree burglary of a 2007 Dodge Ram, along with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Paul Conway, Kelvin Valentin
Paul Conway and Kelvin Valentin, both of Wildwood, were indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, as well as possession with intent to distribute, also third degree.
Shawn Horn
Shawn Horn, 42, of Villas, was indicted for three counts of burglary and one count of theft, all counts were third degree. The indictment lists three separate automobiles which Horn illegally entered.
Zachary Lloyd
Zachary Lloyd, 29, of Wildwood, was indicted for resisting arrest, fourth-degree stemming from an incident in Wildwood in June.
Declan Clugston
Declan Clugston was indicted for illegally entering a parked 2018 Jeep in Avalon on June 4. The count of burglary is in the third degree.
Lance Boyd
Lance Boyd, 27, of Burleigh, faces a three-count indictment, third degree, for possession of cocaine, amphetamine, and N-Ethylpentylone.   N-Ethylpentylone is a relatively new “designer” drug active in the U.S. since 2016. It is said to have similar effects as ecstasy but to be more potent.
William V. Madle
William Madle, 60, of North Wildwood, was indicted for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, third-degree terroristic threats and fourth-degree aggravated assault. The indictment says that Madle pointed a handgun at a female victim threatening to kill her.
William Mendez
William Mendez, 38, of Philadelphia, was indicted on one count of possession of a CDS, heroin, third degree.
Gean K. Nunez-Dejesus
Gean Nunez-Dejesus, 19, of Wildwood, faces a count of second-degree sexual assault and a third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child. The indictment says that the victim of the assault was 15 at the time.
Kevin Raftovich
Kevin Raftovich was indicted for illegal entry into a 2006 Cadillac and theft of moveable property valued at greater than $500. He faces one count of burglary and one of theft, both third degree.
Michael J. McDermott
Michael McDermott was indicted for violation of public health safety laws, third degree and two counts of aggravated assault, one third-degree and one fourth-degree. The counts stem from what the indictment describes as serious injury caused by reckless driving.
Theresa Wyatt, Tarann Wyatt, Carlos Aborresco, Monica Rodriguez
Theresa Wyatt, 57, of Court House, along with Tarann Wyatt and Carlos Aborresco and Monica Rodriguez, all of Burleigh, were indicted for third-degree conspiracy to possess a CDS with intent to distribute. The indictment states that the conspiracy was planned between July 4 and Aug. 30, 2016.
Theresa Wyatt, Tarann Wyatt, and Carlos Aborresco were all indicted for possession of heroin and conspiracy in February of this year. The new indictment adds Monica Rodriguez to a conspiracy that the indictment stated is years old.
