Indictments Filed Jan. 31

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 15 indictments Jan. 31.  
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
A “certain person” charge can be brought against anyone carrying a weapon but whose previous criminal convictions prohibit possession of a weapon. All dates below are 2017 unless specifically noted otherwise.
Thomas Duffy
Thomas Duffy, 28, of Del Haven, was indicted on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second degree. The children involved were ages 11 and 8.
Gregory Anthony
Gregory Anthony, 23, of Rio Grande, was indicted for third-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly caused over $2,000 worth of damage to the property of the victim.
Michael Antonelli, Jonna Berry, Jennifer Day, Gregory Krenzien, Felipe Nieves
In separate, unrelated indictments the following individuals were charged with possession of a CDS, third degree: Michael Antonelli, 38, of Wildwood, Jonna Berry, Jennifer Day, of North Wildwood, Gregory Krenzien, of Wildwood, and Felipe Nieves, 48, of Milmay.
Xavier Primavera
Xavier Primavera, 19, of North Cape May, was indicted for fourth-degree cyber harassment because he allegedly threatened another individual through social media.
Stephen Dellarciprete
Stephen Dellarciprete allegedly unlawfully entered a structure on South Shore Road in Upper Township. He was indicted for third-degree burglary.
Michael Harpel
Michael Harpel, 32, of Millville, was indicted for possession of a CDS, cocaine, third degree, along with four fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts, and possession of a prohibited weapon and certain person.  The weapons in question were a knife and brass knuckles.
Mark Jones, Salvatore Capo
Mark Jones, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine.  He also faces two third-degree counts of possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school. A final count is in the second degree for intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property.
Salvatore Capo, 69, of Wildwood, was included in only one count of the indictment, possession of a CDS, third degree.
Shane Tincher
Shane Tincher, 36, of Villas, was indicted for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and making terroristic threats, each count third degree. A third, fourth-degree count was added for unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapon was a knife. The indictment claims that Tincher threatened to kill a female victim.
James A. Walters
James A. Walters allegedly offered to do home repairs and improvements in Lower Township without registering as a contractor with the state.  He was indicted for a violation of the Contractor Registration Act, fourth degree.
Bryan G. Lord
Bryan Lord, 51, of Upper Township, is facing a 10-count indictment for weapons offenses. Lord allegedly was in possession of an assault firearm, high-capacity magazines, hollow-point bullets and a silencer. Lord also had been convicted in Atlantic County in 2015 of possession of a CDS, making him a person not allowed to possess a weapon. 
Lord is facing one count of third-degree possession of a firearm and nine counts of fourth-degree counts of possession of prohibited weapons and certain person not to have a weapon.
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
