COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 10 indictments Jan. 29.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A charge of “certain person not to have a weapon” can be brought against someone possessing a weapon who was previously convicted of a felony.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Andrew E. Santiago
Andrew Santiago, 31, of Villas, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault, one third and one fourth degree. The arrest followed from a DWI arrest Nov. 3, 2018.
Joseph M. Kenish, Sr. and Joseph M. Kenish, Jr.
Joseph Kenish, Sr. and Jr. were both indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy. All three counts were in the third degree. The indictments relate to a Lower Township arrest in December 2017.
Damian P. Witman
Damian Witman, of Upper Township, was indicted for third-degree burglary and the fourth-degree offense of unlawful taking of a means of conveyance.
Michael D. Milosky
Michael Milosky, of Lower Township, faces a three-count indictment for receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a weapon, both third degree, as well as second-degree certain person. Milosky’s 2016 conviction in Cape May County for possession with intent to distribute precluded his possession of a weapon. The weapon, in this case, was a .22 caliber rifle for which Milosky had no permit.
Thomas J. Roy, Wayne T. Mumford, and Shawn P. Moore
The three individuals listed were separately indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs involved were methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine respectively.
Jeanine M. Ade
Jeanine Ade, of Upper Township, was indicted for fourth-degree possession of a prohibited weapon, brass knuckles.
Nicholas S. Bakley
Nicholas Bakley, 28, of Goshen, faces a second-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon, a .44 caliber Ruger. His indictment also contained third-degree counts for theft and receiving stolen property.
Roger J. Ahern
Roger Ahern was indicted for defrauding the administration of a drug test, third degree, along with a fourth-degree count for possession of a device to defraud a drug test.
