Indictments Filed Feb. 6

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 24 indictments Feb. 6. 
The abbreviation CDS below stands for “controlled dangerous substance.”
A “certain person” charge can be brought against anyone carrying a weapon but whose previous criminal convictions prohibit possession of a weapon. All dates below are 2017 unless noted otherwise.
Raymond D. Bailey
Raymond Bailey, 19, of Cape May, was indicted for resisting arrest, third degree, along with third-degree fencing and theft. He allegedly stole a Yamaha golf cart from a local golf course.
Ken Calverley, Maxcreek Cooper
Ken Calverley, 28, of Rio Grande, and Maxcreek Cooper, 26, of Villas, allegedly entered an automobile and took property valued at more than $200. They were indicted for third-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft.
Brian Fitzpatrick
Brian Fitzpatrick, of Ocean City, was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault stemming from an incident in which he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old.
Thomas Fowler
Thomas Fowler, of Dennis Township, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued at greater than $500. The count was in the third degree.
Rodney Frazier
Rodney Frazier, of Wildwood, was arrested in September for alleged possession of heroin. He was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Shawn Horn
Shawn Horn, 42, of Villas, was indicted for third-degree burglary stemming from his alleged unlawful entry into a 2002 Nissan Sentra. The indictment also stated that Horn “communicated anonymously” at “extremely inconvenient hours” with an unnamed victim while serving a term of probation. This led to a second count in the indictment for fourth-degree harassment.
Robert Gregory
Robert Gregory, 37, of Erma, allegedly tried to kill his brother by hitting him with an SUV and leaving him in critical condition. Gregory was indicted for first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault and three third-degree counts for aggravated assault, knowingly leaving the scene of an accident and endangering an injured victim.
Jorge Hernandez, Barbara Jones
Jorge Hernandez, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of heroin and cocaine along with the distribution of heroin. He faces two counts for third-degree possession of a CDS, as well as third-degree counts for distribution and distribution within 1,000 feet of a school. Lastly, the indictment contains a second-degree count for distribution within 500 feet of public property. Barbara Jones, also of Wildwood, was named for one count of possession of a CDS.
Steven Lamb
Steven Lamb, of Sea Isle City, faces a six-count indictment for drug and weapons offenses. He is charged with first-degree possession of a CDS for allegedly possessing over 50 grams of LSD. The indictment also states that Lamb was in possession of explosives and a CO2-powered pistol. That added charges to the indictment for two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon while committing a CDS crime, along with a second-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. Two remaining counts were in the third degree for possession of a prohibited weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Aaron Moore
Aaron Moore, of Woodbine, was convicted in 2003 in Oklahoma of sexual battery. That led to the requirement that he register his address with local law enforcement. Moore allegedly failed to do so and also failed to re-register a new address. He was indicted on two counts of failure to register, third degree.
Joseph Lee, Tariq Jackson
Tariq Jackson, 18, and Joseph Lee, 19, both of Hummelstown, Pa., allegedly robbed a convenience store in Ocean City Dec. 29. Surveillance photos led to their arrest at a casino hotel in Atlantic City the next day.
The two have been indicted on nine counts beginning with first-degree robbery, second-degree conspiracy, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, a BB gun, another second-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon, along with a third-degree count for the same charge. Lastly, the indictment includes two fourth-degree counts for aggravated assault.
Geoffrey Tomlinson
Geoffrey Tomlinson was indicted for shoplifting more than $500 worth of merchandise from an Upper Township supermarket in September. The indictment is in the third degree.
Gina Lehner
Gina Lehner, 21, of North Cape May, was indicted for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, a box cutter. Both counts were in the third degree. Lehner also allegedly supplied false information to law enforcement leading to another count for fourth-degree hindering apprehension.
Darwin Terrell
Darwin Terrell, of Whitesboro, allegedly refused signals from police to come to a complete stop and attempted to elude police in a motor vehicle. He faces an indictment for third-degree eluding.
Ethan Rodriguez
Ethan Rodriguez, 18, of North Cape May, was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree. The drug in question was alprazolam.
Xavier Primavera
Xavier Primavera, 19, of North Cape May, allegedly knowingly damaged the property of another and faces an indictment for fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Cole Murry
Cole Murry, of Upper Township, was indicted for fourth-degree possession of a CDS, marijuana.
William Mutts
William Mutts allegedly stole a 2011 Ford Ranger truck in Upper Township Oct. 3. That led to his indictment for third-degree theft.
Shadea Murphy
Shadea Murphy, 22, of Rio Grande, was indicted for second-degree attempted burglary of a structure on Atlantic Avenue. Murphy allegedly confronted a female victim with a knife. In addition to the burglary count, he was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. The final count in the indictment was for fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Daniel Osmundsen
Daniel Osmundsen, 26, of Court House, was indicted for first-degree drug-induced death, along with two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS and possession with intent to distribute. The indictment claims that Osmundsen provided fentanyl to a person who subsequently died from the drug.
Will Reid, Catherine Panczner
Will Reid, 54, of Burleigh, was indicted for three separate counts of possession of a CDS along with two counts of possession with intent to distribute. All counts were third degree. Catherine Panczner faces one count for possession of diazepam.
Jonathan Ramos-Ocasio
Jonathan Ramos-Ocasio, of Wildwood, was indicted for distribution or intent to distribute heroin and possession of a CDS, each count third degree.
Edward Phillips, Dannie Williams
Edward Phillips, 39, of Court House, was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, along with third-degree counts for possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy with an unknown co-conspirator and theft.
Dannie Williams was named on a count for criminal trespass of a dwelling on Dias Creek Road. 
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
