Indictments Filed Feb. 5

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 11 indictments Feb. 5.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Donald P. Freiday
Donald Freiday, 53, of Del Haven, was indicted on second-degree eluding police. Freiday was arrested in Lower Township Dec. 20, 2018, and charged with a driving while intoxicated (DWI) offense. The indictment states that his attempt to elude police in a motor vehicle placed others at risk of death or serious bodily injury.  
Christopher P. Ginder
Christopher Ginder, 50, of Philadelphia, was arrested for a DWI Sept. 1, 2018, in Middle Township. He has been subsequently indicted for fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle under second license suspension.
Aaron J. Green
Aaron Green, 20, of Court House, faces an indictment for second-degree eluding police in a motor vehicle, placing others at risk of injury or death. A conviction for a second-degree crime can carry a prison sentence of five to 10 years.
Michael J. Harron
Michael Harron, 33, of Lower Township, was indicted for resisting arrest in the fourth degree. He is lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility on charges of violating a domestic violence court order.
Dawn M. Martin
Dawn Martin, of Lower Township, was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree. The drug involved was Tramadol, a narcotic with a high risk of addiction or dependence.
Thomas K. McNemar
Thomas McNemar, 33, of Rio Grande, faces a fourth-degree count for criminal mischief.
Devon F. Onorato
Devon Onorato, 21, of Erma, was indicted on a fourth-degree count of throwing bodily fluids.
Alexander K. Vosper
Alexander Vosper, 25, of North Cape May, was arrested for DWI Nov. 5, 2018, in Lower Township. The incident involved serious bodily injury to another person and a charge of vehicular assault. The grand jury indicted Vosper for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, and two counts of third-degree aggravated assault.
Colby P. McGuigan, Jadalyne S. Selgrade
Colby McGuigan and Jadalyne Selgrade, both of Ocean City, were indicted on three counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of theft, one in the third degree and the other in the fourth degree. The indictment states that McGuigan and Selgrade unlawfully entered three vehicles Dec. 14, 2018, in Ocean City. Movable property valued at greater than $500 was taken from one vehicle and property valued at greater than $200 from another. 
Mario J. Pagan-Perez
Mario Pagan-Perez, 30, of Fishing Creek, was indicted on a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin.
Jeffrey R. Stanton
Jeffrey Stanton, of Lower Township, was indicted for possession of a prohibited weapon, brass knuckles, fourth degree.
