COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 13 indictments Feb. 25.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Christopher T. Foster, 19, of Whitesboro, was indicted on three counts for burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. All counts were in the third degree.
Gerald Fox, 53, of Swainton, faces a second-degree count of eluding police. The incident occurred on Christmas, when Fox attempted to elude police in a motor vehicle, putting others at risk.
Galen J. Ganzemuller, 50, of Villas, faces two counts of possession of a CDS, third degree. The drugs in question were methamphetamine and buprenorphine.
Eric P. Konczyk, of Dennis Township, was indicted for contempt of court for violation of a restraining order, fourth-degree, and third-degree terroristic threats.
Edward Ramos, 33, of North Wildwood, faces a fourth-degree count for obstructing the administration of law.
Brian K. Rasley, 33, of Del Haven, was indicted on three counts for burglary, theft, and possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Christian Adams, Michael J. Carney, Jonathan A. Riccioni, and William L. Smith were each individually indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a CDS.
Edward Ruiz, of Pleasantville, faces a first-degree robbery count, along with a third-degree count for attempted escape.
Ruben D. Soto, 32, of Wildwood Crest, was indicted for possession of a CDS, cocaine, third degree, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, second degree, and one count of fourth-degree intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
Bryan M. Thomas, of Villas, faces three counts of aggravated assault, fourth-degree, and one count of resisting arrest, third-degree.
