Indictments Filed Feb. 19

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 26 indictments Feb. 19.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A charge of “certain person not to have a weapon” can be lodged against someone who has a previous felony conviction that bars that individual from legally possessing a weapon.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Hector Sanchez-Morales
Hector Sanchez-Morales, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree burglary of a 2002 Dodge vehicle. He also faces two fourth-degree counts for joy riding and criminal trespass.
Kelly C. Salzman
Kelly Salzman, 29, of Rio Grande, was indicted on two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Salzman was stopped and arrested Dec. 29, 2018 on Route 47 in Rio Grande for driving while intoxicated. The presence of two children, ages 5 and less than 1-year-old, led to the endangerment counts.
Robert C. Robinson
Robert Robinson, of Ocean City, was indicted for burglary of a Kia Optima and theft of movable property valued at more than $500. Both counts were in the third degree.
Brandon A. Taylor
Brandon Taylor faces two separate indictments.
Taylor was indicted for third-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft related to the illegal entry into a home on Roosevelt Boulevard in Upper Township in August 2018.
Taylor also faces a five-count indictment for theft, receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card, each count third degree, along with two fourth-degree counts for theft of a credit card and receiving stolen property. This indictment involves incidents in both Upper and Middle Townships.
Leslie A. Sheldon
Leslie Sheldon, of Ocean City, faces a fourth-degree indictment for endangering another. The indictment states that Sheldon “created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to another person.”
Thomas J. Solenski, Jose L. Rodriguez, Gina M. Delonis, Ryan Madonna, Jill M. Moran
The individuals listed were each separately indicted on a single count of possession of a CDS, third degree.
Nikki Kelley
Nikki Kelley, 26, of Erma, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS and fourth-degree hindering apprehension.
Monique Kelley
Monique Kelley, of Wildwood, faces a second-degree count for possession of a prescription legend drug. The drug in question is Gabapentin, a non-opioid pain medication. Kelley is said to have possessed 100 units of the drug. She also faces a fourth-degree count for possession of a prescription legend drug.
Thomas W. Grieser
Thomas Grieser was indicted for defrauding the administration of a drug test, third degree, along with possession of a device for defrauding a drug test, fourth degree.
Jonathan G. Dahms
Jonathan Dahms, of West Wildwood, was indicted for two counts possession of a CDS, cocaine and clonazepam, along with one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. A final count names Dahms as one who engaged in the financial facilitation of criminal activities. Each of the four counts was in the third degree.
Joseph A. Cosentino
Joseph A. Cosentino, 63, of Court House, faces a second-degree count for luring or enticing a child. The indictment lists the victim as 14 years old. The indictment also contains a third-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child and one in the fourth degree for criminal sexual contact.
Brian E. Price
Brian Price, of Wildwood, was indicted on two fourth-degree counts of possessing a prohibited weapon, a 12-inch billy club, and certain person arising from his earlier conviction in Cape May County for distribution of a CDS.
Robert Mulholland
Robert Mulholland of Wildwood Crest faces counts for theft and receiving stolen property, both are in the third degree.
Jason Mathis
On Dec. 11, 2018, Jason Mathis was stopped in Wildwood for driving while his license was suspended for a DWI (driving while intoxicated). Mathis was indicted on a fourth-degree count for operating a motor vehicle under second license suspension.
Cheryl A. Milburn
Cheryl Milburn, of Ocean City, was indicted for endangering the welfare of a child, second degree, along with third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin.
Brandon Wheaton
Brandon Wheaton, 28, of North Cape May, was indicted on a fourth-degree count for operating a motor vehicle while under second license suspension.
Jordan C. Bruno
Jordan Bruno, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault.
Anthony C. Borland
Anthony Borland, 18, of Del Haven, was indicted for possession of a CDS, marijuana, fourth degree, and also possession with intent to distribute, third degree.
Tamon R. Sykes and Marquise D. Coleman
Tamon Sykes, 23, of Willingboro, and Marquise Coleman, 21, of North Cape May, face indictment for two counts of second-degree sexual assault. The victim was 14 years old, according to the indictment.
Peter C. Wilson
On Jan. 11, Peter Wilson tried to elude Middle Township police when he was signaled to bring his vehicle to a complete stop. Wilson was arrested and faces an indictment for second-degree eluding police, third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin, and fourth-degree hindering apprehension.
