Indictments Filed Feb. 13

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 28 indictments Feb. 13.  
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
A “certain person” charge can be brought against anyone carrying a weapon but whose previous criminal convictions prohibit possession of a weapon. All dates below are 2017 unless otherwise noted.
Guy Bruce
Guy Bruce, 36, of Middle Township, was indicted for criminal restraint, a third-degree count. Bruce also allegedly possessed both cocaine and buprenorphine, leading to two counts of possession of a CDS, third degree, along with one count for possession with intent to distribute, also third degree.
Robert King
Robert King, 63, of North Wildwood, allegedly possessed photos or video of children engaged in sex acts. He was indicted for one second-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child and another third-degree count for the same offense. One count was for possession and one for alleged intent to sell the photos.
Brandon Keller
Brandon Keller, of West Wildwood, was indicted for fourth-degree possession of marijuana.
Yehya Bayoumi, Josh Rhuberg
Yehya Bayoumi, 22, of Court House, and Josh Rhuberg, 19, of Villas, were each indicted on individual counts of third-degree aggravated assault. They each allegedly assaulted the same victim Nov. 4 in Lower Township.
Mark Brown
Mark Brown, 20, of Villas, allegedly tried to flee police in a motor vehicle after being signaled to bring his vehicle to a complete stop, presenting a danger to other motorists and pedestrians. Brown was indicted for second-degree eluding police.
Ricardo Balseiro
Arrested in Upper Township for alleged possession of Xanax, Ricardo Balseiro was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
William Camac
William Camac, 49, of Wildwood Crest, is accused of assaulting a female victim with a knife. He was indicted for second and third-degree aggravated assault, third-degree criminal restraint, along with third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon. A final count in the indictment is for third-degree resisting arrest.
Thomas P. Daley
State Police arrested Thomas Daley in Upper Township for possession of alprazolam. He was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Lawrence Douglas
Lawrence Douglas, 52, of Warminster, Pa, was arrested in September in North Wildwood for possession of a Springfield XD 9mm handgun. Douglas also allegedly had in his possession both heroin and cocaine. He was indicted for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, along with two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS.
Joseph Downey
Joseph Downey, 27, of North Wildwood, was indicted for resisting arrest in North Wildwood in September. The count was in the fourth degree.
Stephen Desalis, Stephanie Zook
Stephen Desalis, 28, of Court House, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, third degree. Stephanie Zook, 27, of Wildwood, was listed on a count for possession of a legend drug, fourth degree.
Jack Dilks, Denise Robison
On Aug. 30 in Ocean City, Jack Dilks was arrested for possession of both heroin and cocaine. Denise Robison allegedly possessed only cocaine. Dilks faces two counts of possession of a CDS; Robison one count. All counts are in the third degree.
Matthew Fisher
In Upper Township, State Police charged Matthew Fisher with a series of weapons violations. Fisher allegedly had in his possession a machine gun, an assault firearm, a .45-caliber handgun and a number of large-capacity magazines. Fisher was indicted on three separate counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon along with a fourth-degree count for possessing a prohibited weapon.
A single second-degree conviction can carry a sentence of up to 10 years in state prison.
Galan J. Ganzemuller
Galan Ganzemuller, of Wildwood, was indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS, third degree, and one count each of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and certain person.  Ganzemuller had been convicted in 1992 of robbery leading to the certain person count.
Gina Jordan
Gina Jordan, 35, of Cape May, allegedly took property valued at more than $500 on diverse dates between April and November 2017. Jordan was indicted for third-degree theft.
Megan McDevitt
Megan McDevitt, 26, of North Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, cocaine, third degree.
Daniel Himes
Daniel Himes, 24, was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in November after he allegedly assaulted a 1-month-old child. He was indicted for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child, each count second degree.
Thomas Oliver
In what the indictment describes as an incident of domestic violence, Thomas Oliver, of North Wildwood, allegedly assaulted his girlfriend with a deadly weapon. Oliver faces a five-count indictment with three counts of aggravated assault, one in the second degree and two in the third degree, along with a third-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and a fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapon was described as a pot.
Donald Patterson
Donald Patterson, 51, of Erma, was indicted for theft of tramadol hydrochloride from a local veterinary hospital over diverse dates in November. The drug is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Patterson was indicted for third-degree theft and possession of a CDS.
Diane Pimpinella
Diane Pimpinella, 66, of Cape May, was indicted for theft and two counts of possession of CDS, all third degree, after she allegedly stole alprazolam and tramadol from a local pharmacy.
Michael Martin
Michael Martin was indicted for Contractor Registration Act violations, fourth degree after he allegedly offered services for home renovation in Upper Township without prior registration with the state. 
Quenzel Members
A 21-year-old Philadelphia man, Quenzel Members, allegedly threatened to kill a Woodbine resident. Members was indicted on third-degree terroristic threats.
Jonathan Riccioni
Dennis Township resident Jonathan Riccioni was indicted for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, third degree.
Margaret G. Woods
Margaret Woods, 49, of Wildwood Crest, allegedly committed sexual assault on a 15-year-old male victim in July. She was indicted for second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Frank Zeigler
Frank Zeigler was indicted for unlawful possession of a weapon, second degree. The weapon was a .9mm Sig Sauer semi-automatic handgun. He was arrested in Lower Township in November.
John Ulsh
John Ulsh was arrested in Sea Isle City in October for possession of fentanyl. He was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Benjamin Schaffer
Benjamin Schaffer, 25, of Villas, was indicted for possession of a CDS, oxycodone, and possession with intent to distribute, each count in the third degree.
Pedro Quinnones
Pedro Quinnones, 52, of Court House, was indicted for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, each in the third degree, along with a fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon.  The weapon was a kitchen knife.
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
