COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up nine indictments April 9.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Joshua Yannuzzi
Joshua Yannuzzi, 25, of Chester County, Pa., was indicted for third-degree invasion of privacy following incidents in July 2018 in North Wildwood when Yannuzzi secretly recorded a victim’s “intimate parts” without the victim’s awareness or permission.
Later in October of 2018, Yannuzzi was arrested in Pennsylvania on multiple felony charges for locating electronic recording devices in women’s restrooms and changing areas. Investigators in the Pennsylvania case said they identified more than 20 victims and had dozens more in videos and pictures they could not identify.

Willie Wilson, of Middle Township, was indicted on two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute.
Erick N. James
Erick James, 47, of Court House, was charged with unlawful restraint and aggravated assault on a female victim. James also faces a separate third-degree count for resisting arrest.

Antonio Gonzalez
Antonio Gonzalez, 35, of Court House, was indicted on three first-degree counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
The indictment accuses Gonzalez of assault on the same victim from December 2014 through January 2019. The victim at various points in that timeline was either below the age of 13 or above 13 but below 16. The ages make a difference in the charges leading to multiple counts.
The indictment also describes a trail of an alternating relationship between Gonzalez and the victim, stating at one point he was a blood relative “to the third degree” and in another that he “was a foster parent, a guardian, or stood in loco parentis in the household.”
Gonzales was arrested Jan. 11 and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Matthew Camp
Matthew Camp was listed in the Herald when he was indicted in January 2018 for possession of methamphetamine. One year later, Camp was again indicted, this time for attempting to defraud the administration of a blood test and for possession of a device to aid in defrauding the test. One count is third degree and the other is fourth degree.
Michelle M. Spina, James D. O’Conner
Michelle Spina and James O’Conner, of Dennis Township, were indicted on two third-degree counts. The first was for possession of methamphetamine. The second was for conspiracy to distribute a CDS.
