Indictments Filed April 3

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 14 indictments April 3. The abbreviation CDS stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
Kathryn Hagarty, Robert M. Brown
Rio Grande residents, Kathryn Hagarty, 34, and Robert Brown, 33, were indicted on six counts, three of which were second degree. Hagarty and Brown were indicted for possession of cocaine, third degree, along with possession of marijuana, fourth degree. 
Counts for possession with intent to distribute both drugs were second degree and third degree respectively. The involvement of a 17-year-old also led to two-second degree counts for endangering the welfare of a child and using a juvenile in a crime.
Barbara Greene
Barbara Greene allegedly took more than $200 worth of merchandise from a store in Cape May leading to an indictment for fourth-degree shoplifting.
Gregory J. Grussenmeyer
In North Wildwood, Gregory Grussenmeyer allegedly filed a police report about an incident “he knew not to be true.” He was indicted for fourth-degree fictitious reports.
Devonn M. Crowthers, Demanik R. Ellis, Lisa Cenite, Brian Askew, Robert Raff, Nestor J. Seda, Shane Tincher
In separate, unrelated indictments the following individuals were each indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Devonn M. Crowthers, of Wildwood, Demanik R. Ellis, of Villas, Lisa Cenite, of Wildwood,  Brian Askew, of Woodbine, Robert Raff, of Rio Grande, Nestor J. Seda, of Wildwood, and Shane Tincher, of Middle Township.
Anthony Moore
In North Wildwood, Anthony Moore allegedly used force in engaging in a sexual assault. He was indicted for second-degree sexual assault.
Caliph Manley
Caliph Manley allegedly engaged in criminal sexual contact with a female victim under the age of 13. The incident occurred in Wildwood in January. Manley was indicted for second-degree criminal sexual contact, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and lastly fourth-degree lewdness.
Joseph J. Graeser
Joseph Graeser was indicted for aggravated assault, second degree from an incident in Middle Township in January. Graeser allegedly also made threats to kill his victim and was armed with a knife.  Added counts in the indictment include two third-degree counts of possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and making terroristic threats. 
Additionally the indictment adds one count in the fourth degree for unlawful possession of a weapon.
Michael Siderio
In Wildwood, Michael Siderio was indicted for fourth-degree possession of a CDS. The drug involved was 5-Fluoro ADB, a synthetic cannabinoid.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
