BURLEIGH – Middle Township Special Services Unit along with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Cape May County Regional SWAT executed a narcotics search warrant at a home in the Garden Lake mobile home park in Burleigh June 26.
As a result of the search heroin, illegal prescription drugs, and marijuana were recovered. Herbert Dolson was arrested and lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center on $50,000 bail.
The Middle Township Police Department is proactively targeting the distribution of narcotics, especially the distribution of heroin. As in any criminal investigation information from the public is invaluable. The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
