This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
COURT HOUSE – Middle Township Police Department received a report from a female that a male subject was masturbating in a vehicle with the driver’s door open while watching her outside a chain grocery store in Court House at approximately 4:10 p.m. Oct. 31.
According to a release, the reporting party was able to give the responding officer a license plate, a description of the vehicle, a 2010 white Ford Transit van, and the accused.
Further investigation by Middle Township Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit located and arrested the accused, Andrew Price, 23, of Glassboro. Price was charged with one count of lewdness and released on a summons.
This incident was investigated by Cpl. Ron Miller and Detective Jack Trombetta.
