Ex-Vice Principal’s Trial Set Sept. 11

OCEAN CITY – A former Ocean City High School vice principal accused of hacking the email of the district superintendent has decided to go to trial, NJ.com reports.
The trial for Christine Lentz is scheduled to begin Sept. 11 and is expected to last three weeks. 
Lentz was indicted by a Cape May County grand jury Feb. 9 for official misconduct, second degree, theft, third degree, and computer criminal activity, third degree. 
Lentz, who also served as the school’s athletic director, is accused of accessing Superintendent Kathleen Taylor’s emails without prior authorization between April 1, 2015 and June 1, 2015.
Lentz resigned from the school in July 2015, the report continued.
