CAMDEN – A Cape May County lawyer’s sentencing, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the purchase of nine North Wildwood condominiums in 2007, has been reset.
Louis C. Dwyer Jr., who has a law office in Lower Township, pleaded guilty last year to the single count in U.S. District Court in Camden, according to a previous report.
This is the third time the hearing has been reset, with an original date of Jan. 26, 2016, which was reset to June 6, 2016. Recent documents indicate Dwyer will be sentenced Oct. 7, 2016 in U.S. District Court in Camden.
