Drug Investigation Leads to Search Warrant

VILLAS — On Oct. 29, at approximately 12:15 p.m., following a lengthy investigation into the possible distribution of illegal prescription drugs, the Lower Township Police Department executed a Search Warrant in the 1600 Block of Bayshore Road in the Villas Section of Lower Township.
Lower Township Detectives and Police Officers entered the residence with a Search Warrant and recovered approximately 80 Percocet pills, along with other prescription medication.
Lisa Becica, age 32, was arrested at the residence as a result of the investigation and Search Warrant. Becica was charged on a warrant with:
Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs
Possession with Intent to Distribute Prescription Legend Drugs
The investigation was ongoing for several months and was conducted by members of the Lower Township Detective Division.
