Delran Man Sentenced to Five Years in Jail for Cape May Theft

CAPE MAY – The Cape May Police Department and the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office reported that Kenneth M. O’Leary, 51, of Delran, arrested by the Cape May Police Department Oct. 30, 2014 on charges related to a jewelry theft in excess of $60,000 from a Washington Street Mall store, that occurred Sept. 17, 2014, was sentenced April 17 to five years in State Prison and restitution of $78,695.
At the time of his arrest by Cape May Police Department in 2014, O’Leary was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of prescription drugs, fourth degree crime and disorderly persons offense, and theft, third degree.
