DEL HAVEN – At about 9:33 p.m. Feb. 23, multiple patrol units were dispatched to 3 Lehigh Ave., in Del Haven, for the report of subjects attempting to break into the residence there.
According to a release, the responding officers were advised that the four suspects fled the scene in a white sedan, in an unknown direction.
While officers were responding to the scene, they observed a white Dodge sedan traveling east on Indian Trail Road, before turning north onto Shunpike Road, in Burleigh.
The subjects in the vehicle matched the descriptions that were provided by the victims. Upon investigation, it was learned that the four, were, in fact, the alleged perpetrators.
All four were criminally charged with the following criminal offenses:
Rickey Hinds, 26, of Vineland, was charged with criminal mischief on a summons. He was released without incident.
Jordan Holton, 18, of Millville, was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and criminal mischief, on a summons. He was released without incident.
Crystal Garner, 41, of Millville, was charged with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief on a summons. She was released without incident.
Terrence Reaves, 46, of Vineland, was criminally charged with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and three counts of certain person not to possess a weapon, on a
summons. He was released without incident.
This was not a random act, some of the involved parties had previous contact.
