The following is based on information received from a law enforcement agency. The person(s) named is/are innocent until proven otherwise in court.
WILDWOOD CREST – Four persons from Newark, Del., including two juveniles, were arrested following an Aug. 5 vehicle stop in Wildwood Crest.
According to a release from Wildwood Crest Police Department, during the 2:12 a.m. vehicle stop, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle.
They conducted a search and found a BB handgun, suspected marijuana, controlled dangerous substances (suspected methamphetamine), and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Charged was:
* Lisa Delledonne, 48, with unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of child endangerment, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (suspected methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia, careless driving, controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and unregistered vehicle.
* Guiseppe Delledonne, 20, with possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* One juvenile with possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana and being under the influence.
* The second juvenile was charged with being under the influence.
All were transported to Wildwood Crest Police headquarters where they were processed and later released on summonses.
