Combined Effort Leads to Drug Arrest

BURLEIGH –– On Dec. 27, the Middle Township Police Street Crimes Unit, the Cape May County Prosecutors Office Narcotics Task Force, and the Sheriff’s Department k-9 Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant here at a residence located on Indian Trail Road.
Fernando A. Rodriguez, 21, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rodriguez was lodged in county Jail on $75,000 bail.
