Burglary Investigation Leads to Three Arrests

NORTH CAPE MAY – Lower Township Police Department Detective Division, executed a court issued search warrant on Norwood Road in the North Cape May section of Lower Township in regards to a burglary investigation Sept. 13.
As a result of the search warrant, three individuals were arrested on scene.
Christopher McCullough, 30, was charged with receiving stolen property, a third degree crime, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe, disorderly persons offenses.
Ernest Irons, 35, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe, disorderly person offenses.
Louis McCullough, 35, was charged with possession of a defaced firearm, a fourth degree crime, and certain persons not to possess a firearm, a second degree crime. Judge Hillegass of the Lower Township Municipal Court set bail on Louis McCullough at $50,000 cash. McCullough was transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
