April 27:
Report of disorderly conduct received at 12:07 a.m. in the 3900 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; reporting party states someone poured either soda or water on her vehicle and there was juveniles in the area, upon officers arrival the juveniles were gone, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 3:30 a.m. in the first block of West Ocean Avenue in Villas; upon officer’s arrival one of the two subjects that got into a verbal argument had left the area, no complaints at this time.
Domestic violence complaint received at 5:55 p.m. in the 600 block of Adriatic Avenue in North Cape May; Victim states she is being verbally harassed by her husband, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a temporary restraining order at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 6:33 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bayshore Road in Villas, the victim reports damage done to her back door, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 6:31 p.m. in the 300 block of Linda Anne Avenue in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between husband and wife, they worked out there differences, no complaints at this time.
April 28:
Report of disorderly conduct received at 1:07 a.m. in the area of Route 109 and the Garden State Parkway in Cold Springs; officer was advised that a group of juveniles were shooting paintball gun at cars, upon officers arrival they were gone, investigation continues.
Report of theft received at 7:36 a.m. in the first block of Franklin Avenue in Villas, victim says that someone broke out his car windows and stole all of his radio equipment, investigation continues.
Report of criminal mischief received at 9:03 a.m. in the 600 block of Town Bank Road in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to a shed behind the building, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 12:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Route 9 in Erma; officer was advised that there were two subjects that got into a mutually entered into altercation; no complaints were signed at this time.
Report of theft received at 2:39 p.m. in the first block of Loblolly Lane in North Cape May, victim says that someone stole jewelry and cash from their home, items were possibly taken during a party, investigation continues.
Report of harassment received at 10:48 p.m. in the 100 block of East Jacksonville Avenue in Villas, the reporting party is receiving harassing communication over the phone, actor spoken to and told to stop, No complaints at this time.
April 29:
Report of loud music received at 2:22 a.m. in the 100 block of Bentz Avenue in Villas, all was quiet upon officers arrival, no complaints at this time.
Report of a warrant arrest at 11:19 a.m. in the 400 block of Breakwater Road in Erma; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Lower Township; subject was processed and transported to the County jail.
Report of criminal mischief received at 6:56 p.m. in the 200 block of Amhurst Drive in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to lawn ornaments, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 9:34 p.m. in the first block of Loblolly Lane in North Cape May; officers were advised that there was a verbal argument between two family members; upon police arrival they worked out there differences themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of a warrant arrest at 10:30 p.m. in the area of Route 47 and Shawcrest Road in Shawcrest; Subject was placed under arrest after a motor vehicle stop for a warrant out of Mantua Township, Stone Harbor, and Maurice River; subject was processed and transported to the County jail.

April 30:
Report of harassment received at 7:31 a.m. in the 3000 block of Bay Drive in Cape May Beach, the reporting party is being verbally harassed. Reporting party signed a special complaint for harassment, the actor was served with a court date pending.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 9:57 a.m. in the first block of East New York Avenue in Villas; officers were advised that there was a dispute between two family members, problem resolved for now, no complaints at this time.
Report of a fraud received at 5:54 p.m. in the 100 block of West Delaware Parkway in Villas, reporting party received a check in the mail and deposited in their bank and it was later found to be a fake check, investigation continues.
Report of a theft received at 7:51 p.m. in the 300 block of East Delaware Parkway in Villas, reporting party states they paid for some items on line and did not receive the items and their money was withdrawn, investigation continues.
May 1:
Report of a theft received at 10:22 a.m. in the 1000 block of Ocean Drive in Cold Springs, reporting party states a substantial amount of metal was stolen from his dock, investigation continues.
Report of criminal mischief received at 12:09 p.m. in the 1600 block of Woolson Road in Villas, the victim reports damage done to his motor vehicle as someone spray painted his vehicle, investigation continues.

May 2:
Domestic violence complaint received at 3:45 a.m. in the 700 block of Caspian Avenue in North Cape May, victim stated the actor threw a hammer and broke out the front window, the victim did not sign a complaint but was granted a temporary restraining order by Judge DeWeese. The actor violated the temporary restraining order R after service by having phone contact with the victim, charges were filed for contempt with $1,000.00 bail set by Judge DeWeese, actor was arrested, after the actor was processed, the actor was transported to the County jail.
