The following is based on information received from a law enforcement agency. The person(s) named is innocent until proven otherwise in court.
COURT HOUSE – On April 28 at about 4:50 a.m., the Middle Township Police Department responded to a burglar alarm at the Conoco Gas Station at 233 Route 9 South in Court House.
Upon arrival, Patrolman Brian Vergantino observed a white Chevy Trailblazer parked in the McDonald’s parking lot directly behind the gas station and observed a subject in the vehicle.
Vergantino conducted a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle and found the driver to be a juvenile.  Also in the vehicle was another juvenile and burglar tools in plain view.
Further investigation revealed the electric to the gas station had been turned off, the gas attendant station by the pumps had been entered and it appeared there was an attempted entry into the vape shop.
Additionally, the vehicle the juveniles were in was stolen.   Both juveniles, one 15 from Court House, and the other aged 14 from Woodbine, were placed under arrest.
Both were charged with burglary, possession of burglar tools and theft.
After being processed, both juveniles were released to their parents.
