By Press Release

VILLAS – At about 1:08 a.m. March 15, members of the Lower Township Police Department responded to Carolina Avenue, in Villas, for a report of a subject who had barricaded himself in his residence.
According to a release, patrol officers arrived and immediately set up a safety perimeter around the residence. The subject, later identified as Brian Doherty, was the lone individual inside the residence.
