Attorney’s Sentencing Again Rescheduled

CAMDEN – A Lower Township lawyer’s sentencing, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the purchase of nine North Wildwood condominiums in 2007, has been reset.  
Louis C. Dwyer Jr. pleaded guilty last year to the single count in U.S. District Court in Camden, according to a previous report.
Court documents indicate Dwyer will be sentenced Feb. 21, 2017 in U.S. District Court in Camden.
This is the fifth hearing date, with an original date of Jan. 26. Subsequent dates were June 6, Oct. 7 and Dec. 12.
