Attorney General Opposes Pre-Trial Intervention for Dumper Dentist

COURT HOUSE — State Attorney General’s Office doesn’t want Pennsylvania dentist Thomas McFarland, who is accused of dumping medical waste and closing county beaches, to be admitted into a pre-trial intervention program, according to a story in the Press of Atlantic City.
