2 Charged in Car Burglary

COURT HOUSE – Patrolman Blake Martindale and Patrolman Armondo Jones noticed two white males acting suspicious in the area of Route 9 and Hand Avenue in Court House at approximately 3 a.m. Dec. 7.   
An investigation by the officers, along with Patrolmen Cory Hofmann and Bryan Murphy, led to the arrest of two individuals for burglarizing a vehicle parked on Eldredge Road, according to a release.
The duo, identified as Maxcreek Cooper, 26, of Villas, and Kenneth Calverley, 28, of Rio Grande, were each charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft of movable property and possession of prescription drugs.  Both were lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center.  
The individual(s) listed is/are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
