Crest Centennial Committee needs volunteers

By On Deck Staff

The Borough of Wildwood Crest’s Centennial Committee will hold its first formal meeting Wednesday, Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. at the Crest Pier Recreation Center.
Residents and friends of the borough interested in volunteering for the Centennial Committee, which will help plan and promote activities and events related to the Borough of Wildwood Crest’s 100th anniversary in 2010, are asked to attend the meeting.
Those with secretarial skills or interest in research, art or computers are of particular need, but anyone interested in assisting with this community project is welcome to join.
Refreshments will be served at the meeting.
For further information, contact Commissioner Joyce Gould at 609-522-0198 or 522-5176 ext. 112, or via email at jgould@wildwoodcrest.org, or joyceg2@verizon.net.
