GOSHEN – Following a period of controversy prompted by a planned Halloween attraction at his recently purchased and renamed church on Delsea Drive in Goshen, Will Keenan has apparently put the property up for sale.
The “for sale” sign appeared late last week, and the property has just been added to computer records. The listing asks $199,000 for the property, approximately double what Keenan paid in January 2017.
Calling the property “one of NJ’s most iconic church & cemetery estates,” the listing also mentions the “possible subdivision of building and structure & graveyard.”
The move comes as families of loved ones interred at the cemetery have sought legal protections against the improper use of the cemetery.
This is a developing story. The Herald will have continued coverage available soon.
