The Ocean City Music Pier hosts the nationally known “Ralph’s World” for a 4:00 pm concert on Thursday, August 21.
Funds raised by this concert will benefit the Bayside Environmental Center and the Wetlands Institute. Ocean City and the Wetlands Institute have entered into a unique partnership to bring more environmental programs and displays to Ocean City.
As featured on the Disney Channel, Ralph’s World is the creation of rock and roll artist and songwriter Ralph Covert. His performances on this nationwide tour have been described as the musical place where kids and adults can rock, roll and sing along without overdosing on sucrose.
The high energy approach to children’s music presented by Ralph’s World has been designated as a 2007 Parents’ Choice Award winner. Their 2006 CD “Green Gorilla” received a Grammy nomination, while their latest CD “Welcome to Ralph’s World” is selling at a record pace. Tickets for Ralph’s World are $15.00 for adults, $12 for ages 3 – 12, and free for little ones under age 2.
