Start on your holiday shopping and find that one-of-a-kind gift at Cape May’s Holiday Crafts Fair, sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC). More than 40 vendors will show and sell original handmade goods, seasonal decorations and gift items. The Holiday Crafts Fair kicks-off on “Black Friday,” Nov. 28 and continues through Saturday, Nov. 29 at Star of the Sea Parish Hall, Ocean St. above the Washington Street Mall, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Some of the numerous vendors include the following: Home Designs and Accents of Sewell, NJ, with unique holiday home décor including theme trees, swags, wreaths, foyer pieces and banister swags in traditional Victorian and seaside styles; Silver Lining of Brick, NJ, with ornate beaded ornaments and jewelry; Handmade Bears of Middletown, DE, with handmade teddy bears, Christmas trees and wreaths; Davis Designs of Bensalem, PA, with American Girl doll clothes; Scroll Saw Designs of Mays Landing, NJ, with scroll saw and wooden fretwork items including plaques, sleighs, puzzles, nativity scenes and more; and Cindy’s Crafts of North Cape May, NJ, with handmade snowman families, gingerbread wreaths, angel ornaments and other holiday decorations.
Admission is a $1 donation for adults; children under 12 are free.
The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of Cape May’s heritage.
