RIO GRANDE – A candlelight vigil will be held to remember Nicole Angstadt at 6 p.m. Dec. 22 in the 100 block of Vermont Avenue in Rio Grande where her body was discovered, according to Angstadt’s obituary.
“Let’s all come together to let her know how much she is really loved and to show support against all violent crime victims out there,” the obituary continues.
