Bartender Sues Pub Claiming Racial Bias

CAPE MAY – A former employee of an Irish pub in Cape May is suing his employers, claiming that he was fired after he complained about racial discrimination and harassment, NJ.com reports.
Justin Coleman, a black man from Philadelphia, says he was subjected to a hostile work environment and was discriminated against and harassed due to his race, according to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court April 14.
