COURT HOUSE – A 73-year-old Collingswood resident died Aug. 4 as a result of a head-on collision on Court House-South Dennis Road at 11:45 a.m.
According to Middle Township police, Elizabeth MacNamara was southbound when her 2016 Honda CRV crossed into the northbound lane and hit a 2011 Ford Escape driven by Ann Ramage, 64, of York, Pa.
Ramage and her passenger, Roberta Blasdell, 65, of York, Pa. were transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division with multiple injuries.
MacNamara was pronounced dead at the scene.
Middle Township Fatal Crash Team investigated the incident.
Units that also responded were Goshen Fire Department, Court House Fire Department, Middle Township Emergency Medical Services and New Jersey State Police.
