The following is based on information received from a law enforcement agency.
WHITESBORO — On Aug. 28, at about 6 p.m., Middle Township Police officers responded to the area of Raleigh Avenue and George Street in Whitesboro for a report of bleeding.
When they arrived, it was learned an off-road go-kart type vehicle ran off the roadway into the woods.
Paramedics and Rio Grande Rescue were on location rendering medical attention but the operator of the vehicle, Angela Rojas, 52, of Whitesboro, succumbed to her injuries.
