Vehicle Strikes Utility Pole in Lower Twp

TOWNBANK – The driver of a silver-gray Toyota Tacoma was not injured when the vehicle struck a utility pole at the intersection of Town Bank Road and Seashore Road around midnight Sunday, Aug. 7.
Lower Police closed the westbound lane of Town Bank Road. The driver was placed into a Lower police car. Atlantic City Electric was called to the scene due to damage to the pole. Townbank Fire Department was on scene to cut power and clean up. Lower Twp Rescue checked the driver’s condition.
