ERMA- At approximately 1 a.m. on June 8 a car traveling eastbound on Breakwater Road left the road and ran into a house after traveling 50 feet through some brush.
The incident took place around the 200 block of Breakwater Road.
One person was home at the time and stated it sounded like a “bomb going off.”
The homeowner stopped the vehicle after the driver attempted to leave the scene. Lower Township Police arrived shortly thereafter.
Lower Township Rescue Squad transported the driver to Cape Regional Medical Center.
