UPDATE: Two Airlifted in Dennis Twp Head-on Collision

OCEAN VIEW– Two people were injured in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon, state police at the Woodbine station said.
The crash occurred at 3:57 p.m., on Sea Isle Boulevard on the West side of the JFK bridge. Ambulance’s from both Sea Isle City and Dennis Township responded with AtlantiCare paramedics.
The Ocean View fire department responded to the scene for what was reported over the radio to be a “minor extrication”.
State Police said a white Honda Accord, which was driven by Kevin McKelvey, 23, of Millville, was heading west on the Sea Isle Boulevard Bridge when it crossed into the eastbound lane and crashed head-on into a green Toyota Prius, which was driven by David Sicoli, 62, of Sea Isle City.
Both men were transported to a field on Mulligan Drive by Belleplain Emergency Corps, where the Dennis fire department set up a landing zone.
Both state police medevac’s, South Star and North Star transported the drivers to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. Both men were reported to be in stable condition.
The crash is under investigation and charges are pending. Any witnesses are asked to contact the Woodbine Station at 609-861-5698.
