UPDATE: Three-car Crash in Rio Grande Injures One

RIO GRANDE — On May 15 at 11:55 a.m. the Middle Township Police Department responded to a three-car crash at the intersection of Railroad and Teal avenue.
A red Grand Marque driven by David Magee, 58 of Cape May, was stopped on Railroad Avenue waiting to make a left turn onto Teal ave. A Ford Focus driven by Roger Campbell, 80 of Villas, was stopped behind Magee.
A Mercury Sable driven by Clara Morris, 69, of North Wildwood, struck the Ford Focus, which in turn struck the first car.
The only injury was Clara Morris, she was airlifted from the scene to Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center for her injuries.
Rio Grande Fire Company responded to assist with the crash scene and the landing zone. Rio Grande Rescue squad, Middle Township rescue squad, Medics from Atlanticare responded to the scene.
Morris was cited for careless driving.
