NORTH DENNIS — Six students were injured Thur., Jan. 13 at 8:25 a.m., when a sport-utility-vehicle rear-ended a Dennis Township school bus here on Route 47 at mile post 20.5, state police said.
The bus was hit while stopped to pick up a student, state police said.
The students and the bus driver identified as Cheryl Robbins, 51, of Dennis Township, were transported to Cape Regional Medical Center for minor injuries by Belleplain Emergency Corps and Middle Township Rescue.
The Dennis and Belleplain Fire Departments also responded to the scene.
Louis D. Innamorato, 33, of the Villas, was issued a careless driving summons for the incident.
