By Harry B. Scheeler Jr.

CREST HAVEN– Police charged Rodger Campbell, 50, of Philadelphia with driving under the influence following a rollover crash on Crest Haven Road Wednesday night.
Police said Campbell was driving a Jeep Grande Cherokee at 11:57 p.m., when he ran off the roadway, struck utility pole guide wire and over turned onto its passenger side.
Campbell was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center for treatment of possible internal injuries as a result of the crash.

Police said because Campbell was suspected of driving while intoxicated, a legal blood kit was drawn at the hospital for evidence and he was charged with DUI and several summonses were issued.
Ptl. Steven Novsak was the arresting officer and is investigating the crash.
