UPDATE: Dias Creek Road Crash Hurts Three

DIAS CREEK — Middle Township police, fire and emergency medical services were dispatched to a one-vehicle accident on Dias Creek Road at about 3:45 p.m., Sat., March 19.
The crash occurred about a quarter mile east of Route 47.
The vehicle was travelling East on Dias Creek road. The driver, Joseph Gilliam, 39 of Court House, lost control of the vehicle crossing over the west bound lane striking a utility pole.
All three occupants were injured. The driver and Charles Lillemon, 30, of Villas, were flown to Atlantic Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. Tony Velli, 46 of North Cape May was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center by Ambulance.
The crash involved entrapment of the occupants, the Cape May Court House Volunteer fire company responded to the scene for extricate the occupants.Three injuries were reported. Two medical evacuation helicopters were summoned to the scene.
