Two Men Injured in Tuckahoe Crash

TUCKAHOE — Two men were injured when the driver of a car lost control of his vehicle. The accident occurred on Weatherby Road, near the intersection of Belleplain Road, on Mon. Dec 5 at 11:44 p.m.
According to State Police, the vehicle, operated by John Petit, 24, left the roadway and struck a tree.
Upper Township EMS was called to the scene. The Jaws of Life were used to extract Petit from the wreckage. Both Petit and a passenger, Zackary White, 19, were transported via helicopter to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
