Two Injured, One Airlifted Following Ocean View Crash

OCEAN VIEW– Two people were injured Thursday morning in a two vehicle crash that left a pickup truck resting on top of the other vehicle involved.
The Ocean View Fire Department responded to the scene to extricate one of the drivers.
Belleplain Emergency Corps and Atlanticare paramedics responded to the scene.
A medevac helicopter was requested to airlift the driver who was entrapped. State Police at the Woodbine station said they believe the flight was for precautionary reasons.
The other driver was transported to an area hospital.
The crash is under investigation.
