PETERSBURG – Three were injured in a one-car motor vehicle crash on State Highway 50 at milepost 3.8 in Petersburg at 11:15 p.m. July 15.
Trooper Alejandro Goez said a Dodge Charger, driven by Allan Cross, 31, of Tuckahoe, was traveling north when it ran off the roadway to the right. The vehicle struck a utility pole, then overturned.
Cross was ejected from the vehicle, along with a rear passenger, a 12-year-old girl.
Both suffered moderate injuries and were taken to area hospitals.
Front passenger Heaven Austin, 22, of Somers Point, suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
