STONE HARBOR – Stone Harbor Police responded to the beach block of 96th Street for a single car motor vehicle accident involving injury May 7 at approximately 7:16 a.m.
When police arrived on the scene, the driver, identified as Avelino Rivera, was found sitting behind the steering wheel bleeding from the head.
