DENNISVILLE – A Rio Grande man died in a motorcycle crash in Dennisville June 15, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
A Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Jack Pfaff, 57, was traveling south on Route 47 at mile marker 19.3 between Tyler Road and Route 610 around 3 p.m.
Pfaff was driving on the shoulder of the road when he failed to maintain control of the motorcycle, and it overturned, according to State Police. Pfaff was ejected and struck a guard rail. The motorcycle slid and struck the passenger side of a Mercedes-Benz.
Pfaff sustained fatal injuries, and was pronounced dead at the scene around 4 p.m.
The driver of the Mercedes-Benz was uninjured, the report continued.
